Dr. Burt earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and is also a distinguished graduate of Brigham Young University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese.
Prior to joining Coastal Eye Group, Dr. Burt practiced in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, where he supported ongoing eye care needs across the community. However, his commitment to optometry extends beyond civilian practice. As a Lieutenant Colonel with the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, he ensured that airmen met vision standards and provided necessary eyewear for specialized occupations.
