Nextgen now lets users know about impending password expirations 14 days in advance. DO NOT WAIT for your password to expire, as you will be locked out of the system. Reset your password as soon as the pop-up reminders start. Pressing CTRL-ALT-END inside the NextGen environment allows easy password updates.

Always choose LOAD BALANCER when logging in, unless you have a specific reason for using a specific term server. LOAD BALANCER isn’t a term server itself. It simply signs you into the LEAST BUSY of our three term servers, helping improve system performance across all users.
